Starters
- Leek and potato broth with basil croutons (v)
- Avocado, crab and crayfish cocktail
- Chicken liver parfait with homemade chutney and toasted brioche
- Parma ham with ogen melon and seasonal fruit
Main Courses
- Honey glazed hock of gammon with peppered pineapple and a mustard sauce
- Roasted sirloin of beef with a confit of shallot and pancetta
- Free-range sautéed garlic chicken with a creamy thyme sauce
- Braised shank of lamb with creamy mashed potato and a minted redcurrant jus
- Grilled fillet of salmon with a asparagus and wild mushroom ragout, lemon butter sauce
