Orange and Chocolate Crème Brûlée

Ingredients

1pt double cream

4oz sugar

3oz dark chocolate buttons

6 egg yolks

The zest of 1 large orange

Instructions

In a bowl combine the sugar with the egg yolks and lightly whisk.

Place cream and orange zest in a thick-bottomed pan and bring to the boil, then add the chocolate buttons.

Pour over egg mixture, stirring vigorously.

Then pour into ramekins and bake in a waterbath in a 150°C oven for 30mins, or until set.

Leave to cool.

Caramelise with a blow torch.

Serves 6
