Front of House Supervisor – The Lexden Crown
We are looking to recruit a confident, friendly & driven individual to assist with the daily running of The Lexden Crown. You must have the ability to positively engage & build rapport with our customers and the staff. You will also have the ability to promote the menu, wine confidently as well as actively promote The Lexden Crown, The Lemon Tree & Event Catering. You must be reliable, efficient & most importantly have a good attitude. Interviews will be in the format of a trial shift. A full driving licence, Personal Licence qualification & previous supervisory experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Part-time waiting staff
We are seeking friendly, confident people to join the front of house team on a part-time basis. This is a front line role & you must be able to communicate very well, positively engage & build rapport with our customers. Must have the ability to promote the menu, wine & business confidently. Hours will vary between 10 – 30 hours a week. You must be reliable, efficient & most importantly have a good attitude. Experience is not essential but favourable. Interviews will be in the format of a trial shift.

Chefs
Competent chefs required to join the busy kitchen teams. The successful chefs will ideally have a good understanding of Mediterranean cooking & modern British cuisine. Successful candidate must be flexible – both with working hours & with upholding customer demands & requests.

Production & Catering role
We are looking for a production, event catering & kitchen supervisor. This is a role for a senior person with good hours available. The role suits a person who enjoys producing food on a medium scale to a high standard for catering, MEP & A La Carte.
